Policy on the processing of personal data
This personal data processing policy, together with the User Agreement and its other integral parts, is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data carried out by the Service. Automated system for collecting personal data - a set of tools designed to process personal data using computer technology;
Dissemination of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons;
Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of personal data processing (unless the processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other subject of personal data without using additional information;
Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons;
Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or getting acquainted with personal data by an unlimited number of persons, including disclosing personal data in the media, posting it in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;
Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are irrevocably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which physical carriers of personal data are destroyed.
General provisions
The most important condition for achieving the goals of the Service's activities (hereinafter - the Service) is to ensure the necessary and sufficient level of information security of assets, which include personal data and the processes within which they are processed.
Ensuring the security of personal data is one of the priority tasks of the Service.

Concept and composition of personal data
Information constituting personal data is any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
Personal data includes personal information provided by the Client when placing (entering) their personal data, documents (copies of documents, including in electronic form) when filling out electronic forms on the Company's internet resources, as well as in written requests to the Company, requests through the online chat form on the Company's internet resources, etc.

Information automatically received when accessing the Company's internet resources (cookies).
Purposes of processing personal data
The Service processes personal data in the following cases:
For User identification;
To carry out measures to protect against fraud and other illegal actions;
For prompt notification about news, expansion of the list of services provided by the Service, promotions, and advertising offers of the Service, as well as for consulting Users on a wide range of issues;

Principles of processing, storing, and protecting personal data

Legality and fairness of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;
Compliance of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes predetermined and declared upon collection of personal data, as well as the powers of the Service;
Compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data and methods of processing personal data with the purposes of processing personal data;
Accuracy of personal data, its sufficiency for processing purposes, and the inadmissibility of processing personal data that is excessive in relation to the purposes declared upon collection of personal data;
Inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes;
Storage of personal data should be carried out in a form that makes it possible to determine the subject of personal data, no longer than required by the purposes of their processing, if the storage period for personal data is not established by law, an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor;
Destruction upon achieving the goals of processing personal data or in case of loss of necessity in achieving them, unless otherwise provided by law.
The Service processes personal data using automation tools, including using information technologies and technical means, including computer technology, information and technical complexes and networks, means and systems for transmitting, receiving, and processing personal data, software (operating systems, database management systems, etc.), information security tools used in information systems, as well as without using automation tools.
The Service has the right to transfer the personal data of the personal data subject to subsidiaries/affiliated companies, banks, agents of the Service, including payment agents, or other trusted organizations and persons (hereinafter – Trusted persons) only for the purpose of processing User requests. The Service guarantees compliance with this Policy by Trusted persons and the adoption by these persons of the necessary measures to protect the confidential information of Users. The Service has the right to provide confidential information about the User's personal data to third parties who are not Trusted persons only in the event of receiving an official request from administrative and/or judicial authorities.

Confirms that they are duly informed about the purposes of processing their personal data.
Confirms that they are notified that the processing of personal data is carried out by the Service in any way, including both using automation tools (including software) and without using automation tools (using various physical media, including paper media).
Confirms that the processing of personal data can be carried out both by the Service and by other persons who have entered into an agreement with the Service on terms of confidentiality and responsibility for the disclosure of Personal data.
This right (consent) is valid for 10 years and can be revoked by sending a written notice to the Service. This consent is considered revoked after 30 (Thirty) days from the moment the Service receives a written notice of revocation of this consent. The day of receipt of the notice is not included in the thirty-day period.

This Privacy Policy is an open and publicly available document. The current version is published on the Internet on the internet resource of the Service.
